Do I have to make repairs before I sell?

NO! We do not ask you to make any repairs. We buy AS IS

How fast can you close?

We can close as soon as 7 days from the signing of the purchase contract or we can close on your timeline.

Are there any obligations?

Our cash offer is non-obligation.

Are there any costs selling to you?

There are no costs associated with the sale. Our offer is NET to you.

Where do you buy property?

We are buying across the state of California.

What if I have a tenant in my property?

We will consider purchases with tenants.

What if we are in a probate situation?

We will work with you through the probate process and still make a cash offer.

What do you do with the property?

95% of the time we will fix and flip the property in a <6 month turn around. The other 5% accounts for fix and holds in which we would keep the property as a rental.

How much of a damaged property are you willing to by?

We are buying properties with any damage or repair level.

Will you still buy if theres a mortgage on the property?

Yes, we will pay off the mortgage at the closing table.

What if I am behind on payments or in foreclosure?

That is NO problem, as long as we work fast to get the deal to the closing table, we will be able to pay off the loan and the arrears.

What if the property has multiple owners?

That is NO problem for us, as long as all owners are on board to sell the property, the process is not much different.

Do you have a physical office I could visit?

Yes, we have a physical office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and do take visits on appointment.

Do I need to be in person to sell my house?

Nope! We have worked with sellers outside of the country before. We can schedule a virtual notary almost anywhere in the world to get the closing package signed and send over to our title company.
